A native Houstonian, Peter has a strong understanding of the Houston market. He has nine years of commercial real estate experience focusing on project site selection, leasing and management. Peter graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University majoring in Business Administration with a specialization in Management. After graduating he worked in sales before making the transition into commercial real estate.

Peter helps his clients achieve maximum value for their projects by having a deep knowledge of each project’s market, tenant, leasing, marketing, and management needs. Peter has created this value for over one million square feet of commercial real estate in his career. Peter is dedicated to creating long term relationships with his clients and is constantly looking for ways to maximizing each project’s potential. He is highly active in his field and currently a member of ICSC.

Devin has 10+ years of experience crunching numbers. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Fordham University in New York, Devin headed south to the US Virgin Islands. She began working as a financial consultant for several restaurants on island. She spent four years on St. John, entrenched in the restaurant industry, both front of the house and performing all aspects of the financial analysis, including the bookkeeping of the daily operations.

When Devin left St. John for Panama, she expanded her financial consulting business to real estate. She created her own models to provide her clients with exactly the information they needed in an easily readable format.  She began working with banks to secure financing, as well as preparing financial statements and investor reports. In 2010, Devin made the move to Colorado. After helping Peter with a few projects, they knew that if they combined their individual strengths and expertise, they would make a great team.

Devin moved to Houston last year so that they could continue to expand their company into the development side of real estate. Peter and Devin managed the design and construction of several projects in 2016, including Headquarters, Houston's first creative, collaborative office development. You can find them there, in the East End, these days.
